Our Services Include:

 

  • Drug & Alcohol (ADSAC) Assessment: $160 / $175
  • 10 Hour DUI/ADSAC Course: $150
  • 24 Hour DUI/ADSAC Course: $360 / Payment plan available: $180 down for first three weeks, $180 for last three weeks

 

Alcohol assessment — Oklahoma City, OK — A Better Choice Counseling

Drug & Alcohol (DUI/ADSAC) Assessment/Evaluation:


 

  • The main purpose of a Drug and Alcohol Assessment is to assess the needs of our clients and help them reinstate their driver's license that has previously been revoked or suspended. Our State Licensed and State Certified counselors will make sure that each client is properly assessed and will receive that most meaningful level of care for each individual situation.
  • Our Drug and Alcohol (ADSAC) Assessments are $160 if you were arrested on or after November 1st of 2008, and $175 if you were arrested before this date. This fee must be paid up front in the form of either cash or money order. The cost of a Drug and Alcohol (ADSAC) Assessment is a state mandated fee, meaning we do not set our prices.
  • If you were arrested before July 1st of 2003, you must contact the Oklahoma Department of Public Safety to determine the recommendations/classes you will have to follow to reinstate you driver's license. If you were arrested after July 1st of 2003, you must follow the recommendations/classes given to you at your assessment to reinstate your driver's license.
  • A Drug and Alcohol Assessment is a one-on-one session with a certified counselor that takes about one and a half hours. You will be asked to answer questions that will determine what classes you need to complete to reinstate your driver's license.
  • If you do not begin one class or one recommendation referred to you at your assessment within a 6 month time period starting from the day of your assessment, you will need to complete a new assessment due to the previous assessment being expired. You will not be permitted to enroll in any ADSAC courses with an expired assessment.
  • If you wish to schedule a Drug and Alcohol (ADSAC) Assessment, contact our office. There will be a wait time for walk-ins.

 

10 Hour DUI/ADSAC Course:

 

  • Our 10 Hour ADSAC course is a three day course held every week on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. On Friday from 5:30pm to 9:00pm, and on Saturday & Sunday from 9:00am to 12:30pm. 
  • There are 3 different sessions included in this course, referred to as #1, #2, and #3. Students must attend each session to complete the course and receive a Certificate of Completion. Students do not have to attend these sessions in numerical order, but must attend each number once. 
  • This course is $150, and must be paid in either cash or money order.
  • A Drug & Alcohol (ADSAC) Assessment must be completed prior to starting the course, and all students must bring a copy of their assessment recommendation sheet/proof of assessment.
  • Late arrivals will not be permitted to the class after 15 past the start time, and must make up that class number in the following weeks.
  • All students have 60 days to finish this course. If students go beyond that 60 day time limit, they must start the class over from the beginning and will not be refunded for the unfinished course.
  • We do accept walk-ins for this course.

 

ADSAC Assessment — Oklahoma City, OK — A Better Choice Counseling

24 Hour DUI/ADSAC Course: 

 

  • Our 24 Hour ADSAC Course is a 6 week, or 12 session course.
  • We have 3 groups available for the 24 Hour ADSAC Course:
  • Monday & Wednesday from 6:30pm to 8:30pm
  • Tuesday & Thursday from 9:00am to 11:00am
  • Saturday and Sunday from 1:00pm to 3:00pm
  • There are 12 different sessions included in this course, referred to as, #1, #2, #3, #4, #5, #6, #7, #8, #9, #10, #11, and #12. Students must attend each session to complete the course and receive a Certificate of Completion. Students do not have to attend these sessions in numerical order, but must attend each number once. Students may only attend this class a maximum of two times per week. 
  • This class is $360, and must be paid in exact cash, money order, or debit/credit card (card payments are available in person or over the phone). We do offer a payment plan for this course which is $180 down for your first three weeks, and $180 for your last three weeks.

 

 

  • A Drug & Alcohol (ADSAC) Assessment must be completed prior to starting the course, and all students must bring a copy of their assessment recommendation sheet/proof of assessment.
  • All students have 6 months or 180 days to finish this course. If students go beyond that time limit, they must start the class over from the beginning and will not be refunded for the unfinished course.
  • Late arrivals will not be permitted into the class after 15 minutes past the start time, and must make up that class number in the following weeks and before the time limit.
  • This course is held in our office located at 4912 S. Western Avenue, Suite A, Oklahoma City, OK 73109.
  • We do accept walk-ins for this course.
